University City Vision Plan
The majority of my recent work involves the drafting of the latest Vision Plan for Univesity City Partners. This project started in 2020 in collaboration with Stantec, however seeing we wanted to expand the scope of the plan to work in tandem with our existing Area Plan and the City of Charlotte's 2040 Comprehensive plan, we have been steadily collecting feedback from residents, business leaders, and community partners.
Therefore, to present my Indesign skills, this is a collection of layouts that I created for the plan which include some of the maps, facts, and graphics made during my time working on the plan.

Town of Red Cross - Town Center Planning Study
Below are the completed Master Planning efforts for locating a Town Center for the town of Red Cross, NC located in Anson County. This work was completed as part of a contract with Ability Development Group, for which I solely designed, wrote, and developed the study. As described below, the goal of this plan was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of businesses in the town of Red Cross using various methods. The main focus of this work was a projection of their population as well as their current and future land use needs following an optimistic growth plan requested by the town's strategic planning board.
